We are on a mission to walk with young adults as they journey with Christ.

Diocesan Mission Values

Authentically Human

Mission Value

We believe that being authentically human means having the freedom to be real while striving for a unified mind and heart rooted in Christ.

Life is messy, and faith is a journey. Here, you have permission to be yourself—honest, imperfect, and seeking. We welcome your questions, your struggles, and your story because we know that God meets us where we are. In our community, there’s no need to pretend or hide behind a perfect image. Instead, we encourage openness, vulnerability, and genuine relationships where you can be fully known and fully loved.

At the same time, being authentically human calls us to something deeper—a commitment to align both our minds and hearts with the truth of the Gospel. We seek to integrate what we believe with how we live, allowing our faith to shape every part of who we are. Through prayer, formation, and community support, we walk together toward wholeness and holiness, always striving to reflect the image of God more fully.

Be real. Be whole. You are welcome here.

Ambitious for God and His Kingdom

Mission Value

Jesus Christ is Lord—of our lives, our Church, and the entire world.

This truth gives us boldness to dream big, pray with faith, and trust that God is at work in every situation. Our confidence in Him is not wishful thinking—it is a conviction that His power, love, and truth can transform lives and renew the world around us.

Jesus is not just calling a few to mission—He is calling each of us. Whether in the workplace, at home, or in our communities, we are sent to be living witnesses of His Kingdom. We refuse to settle for comfort or mediocrity; instead, we embrace the challenge to share the Gospel with courage, serve others with compassion, and bring His light to every corner of our lives.

With hearts on fire for God, we are building a movement of young adults who are ready to answer His call—to go where He leads, love as He loves, and proclaim that Jesus is Lord.

Dream big. Step out. The Kingdom is at hand.

Docile to Holy Spirit

Mission Value

We are willing to go wherever Jesus leads, leaving the familiar behind, and making prayer the foundation of everything we do.

Discipleship means living with open hands and open hearts, ready to follow Jesus—even when it’s uncomfortable or unexpected. We believe that the Holy Spirit is actively guiding our lives and our community, calling us to trust in God’s plan rather than our own. This posture of docility requires courage—to step into the unknown, to let go of what is familiar, and to say "yes" to wherever the Spirit leads.

At the heart of this openness is prayer. We hold the absolute primacy of prayer, knowing that nothing we do will bear fruit without first seeking God’s voice and presence. Through personal prayer, communal worship, and regular reception of the sacraments, we stay attuned to the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to shape our decisions, our mission, and our hearts.

We believe that when we follow the Holy Spirit’s lead, we are drawn deeper into the life of Christ and sent out to be His presence in the world.

Pray first. Follow boldly. The Spirit is leading.
